Standard and custom production

We don't sell from stock; every order is produced to project specs. Common norm parts (DIN, ISO) are produced on demand, and project-specific designs are produced with custom tooling — rivets Ø1-14 mm, bolts M4-M74, by cold forging.

Cold forging — why it beats machining.

In fasteners, the manufacturing method directly determines the final part's strength, cost, and reliability. At ANG FAST we use cold forging. Compared to machining (CNC turning), the advantages are decisive.

Higher Strength

Cold forging aligns the metal's grain structure with the part geometry. Result: 20-30% higher tensile strength than a machined part of the same material.

Continuous Grain Flow

In machining, fibers are cut; in forging they follow the part shape. This is especially critical for fatigue strength.

Lower Cost (At Volume)

No chips means nearly zero material waste. Once the die is built, per-part cost drops significantly compared to machining.

High Production Speed

Cold forging presses produce 2-4 parts per second. CNC turning takes 30-60 seconds per part. Real advantage at scale.

Superior Surface Quality

Forged surfaces are smooth and non-porous. Subsequent coatings (zinc, Geomet, Dacromet) adhere far more uniformly.

Geometric Flexibility

Practically any custom head form can be made with die design — countersunk, dome, stepped, double-head, grooved, concave. Most are costly in machining.

When machining? Depends on part diameter and geometric complexity. As a rule of thumb, for small-to-medium diameter fasteners, orders under 50,000 units may not justify forging tooling cost. For parts requiring fine final detail (custom thread profile, tight tolerance, fine machining), we combine: forging + machined finish.

05 / ÜRETİM KAPASİTESİ

Infrastructure built for volume

ANG FAST has a production infrastructure structured to handle high-volume, repeat orders. From the in-house tool shop to the cold-forging lines, our processes are planned around your project's volume and delivery schedule.

Series Production Lines

Our cold-forging presses are capable of meeting high-quantity production quickly and consistently. With multi-shift operation we align with your delivery schedule.

Fast Tooling Supply

Tooling for custom parts is prepared quickly with our trusted solution partners. This flexible structure enables production across a wide range of geometries and reasonable sample lead times.

Wide Diameter Range

Rivets from Ø1-14 mm, and bolts and other fasteners up to Ø74 mm — a wide product range from a single supplier.

Material Variety

We work with steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, and aluminum alloys. We determine the material best suited to your strength, corrosion, and weight requirements together.

A precise capacity and lead-time assessment is made according to part diameter, geometry, material, and order volume. Share your project; we will offer a realistic, project-specific production plan.

06 / KALİTE KONTROL

Quality, at every stage of the process

Fasteners are often used in critical applications — the failure of a single part risks the entire assembly. That is why quality is not a single check at the end of production, but a discipline embedded in every stage of the process.

01

Material Intake

Every raw material entering production is accepted with a material certificate. Wrong or non-conforming material never enters production.

02

In-Process Control

Samples are taken at regular intervals throughout production; dimensional and visual checks are performed. If a deviation is detected, the line is stopped and corrected.

03

Dimensional & Strength Verification

Parts pass through dimensional measurement and, when required, hardness / strength tests. The tolerances on the customer technical drawing are the reference.

04

Approval & Shipment

Production is checked against the customer-approved specification and shipped. For customers who request it, we provide quality and dimensional reports, and batch-based traceability records when needed.

We don't sell defective parts — we sell reliable connections

Our ISO 9001 quality management system is the independent assurance that this process runs with the same discipline on every batch.

What do we promise you?

Choosing a fastener supplier is a long-term relationship of trust. At ANG FAST we build this relationship on four core principles.

Full Confidentiality

Your technical drawings, samples, and project information are protected as trade secrets. We never share a customer's design or order with any other party — which is also why we do not openly publish our customer list. The care we show for you, we show for every customer.

We Deliver What We Promise

We don't say "yes" to a lead time or specification we cannot meet. We speak realistically at the quotation stage, and deliver the work we accept at the promised quality and time.

We Work Like an Engineering Partner

We don't just take orders. We evaluate the manufacturability of your design and propose alternatives when needed. Our team is with you from the first meeting to mass production.

Transparent Communication

If there is a delay or a technical issue in production, we inform you in time. Predictability, not surprises, is essential.

13 / SIKÇA SORULAN SORULAR

Our customers' most common questions

Answers to the questions we hear most about production, materials, delivery, and ordering. If you don't find what you need, write to us.

What is your minimum order quantity? +

Depending on part diameter, geometric complexity, and production method, our minimum order quantity is generally 25,000 pieces. Due to production and tooling costs, we can't accommodate very small batches below this. For larger diameters or highly custom geometries this minimum may vary — share your project details and we'll evaluate it specifically.

What materials do you produce in? +

Low-carbon steel (1006, 1008, 1010), medium-carbon steel (1018, 1022, 1038), stainless steel (304, 316, 316L), brass (CuZn37), copper (Cu-ETP), and aluminum alloys (5052, 6061). Certified materials are sourced for defense-grade applications.

Do you produce samples? How long does it take? +

Yes. After technical drawing approval, 5-7 business days with existing tooling, 3-4 weeks if new tooling is needed. Samples come with dimensional report (CMM), hardness test, and tensile strength reports when required.

Do you provide post-production coating? +

Surface treatments outside cold forging (zinc plating, hot-dip galvanizing, black oxide, Geomet, Dacromet, nickel plating) are done through our trusted partners. Parts can be delivered coated or uncoated per customer request.

Do you produce to DIN and ISO standards? +

Yes. We produce to common rivet standards (DIN 660, 661, 7337, 9021) and ISO norms (13918, 15983, 16585). Our core business is also customer-specific norm production based on company drawings.

What's the difference between cold forging and machining? +

In cold forging, metal is formed at room temperature inside a die — no material waste, with grain structure aligned to geometry yielding 20-30% higher strength. Machining (CNC turn/mill) removes material from raw bar; flexible at low volumes but waste and time costs rise at high volumes. See our detailed comparison section.

Do you ship internationally? +

Yes. We export to Europe, Middle East, North Africa, and recently Latin America. Shipping terms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP) are determined per customer. We handle export documentation (ATR, EUR.1, certificate of origin).

Do you produce certified parts for defense? +

For defense projects we work with material traceability, certified steel sourcing, and production reports. For specific confidentiality or technical requirements please reach us via the contact form.
